His commitment and performance in this field earned him a remarkable opportunity to develop a residential project of 337 flats in Gondwara, Raipur — a significant milestone in his career.
His entrepreneurial vision further expanded when he founded **Lavanya Agritech Industries**, a chemical company that manufactures high-quality pesticides, herbicides and fungicides. The company’s success proved his ability to build impactful businesses while maintaining high standards of quality and innovation.
Driven by a desire to broaden his horizons, Abhishek established his own consultancy vertical called **AS Venture**. His passion for social welfare also led him to form **Oxy Grow Foundation**, an NGO dedicated to planting trees, supporting senior citizens, and providing education to underprivileged children.
